A snapshot from inside Cloud City
Cloud City is a level 10-17 dungeon located in the upper left corner on the Overworld. It is the only known dungeon containing Snowmen, Cloud Spawns, or the boss Cloud Lord and thus it is the only place in which players can farm Fairy Essence, Frozen Bows, or Smiter of Pi(s). The boss is located at the very top of the dungeon. It should be sitting on the blue throne unless it is attacking or respawning.
Reaching the Dungeon[]
If you keep running in and out of Deadman's Hold through this door you should eventually teleport straight to Cloud City.
As stated above Cloud City is located at the upper left corner of the map. Because Cloud City is located on the far end of the overworld it is recommended that you bring a boat or go there as a Naiad. Though you can not make a portal leading directly to the dungeon it is possible to port. to Pyramids first and save yourself a lot of swimming/boat hunting.
It is also possible to glitch there by running in and out of the entrance to Deadman's Hold rapidly. If you do it correctly the game should say "failed" and teleport you straight there. However abuse of this CAN glitch up the game and/or prevent you from entering the dungeon. To fix this try reconnecting.
